Interesting to see alien hieroglyphics on that entrance pic. I wonder of that has something to do with the space jockey.

Same. Be interesting to see how they change the appearance of the jockey...or 'Herder" ...whatever name it's been given now.
I can't recall seeing any word on whether the original was in skeletal form, mummified or bio mechanical. In any case the creature will have changes and I'm pretty excited to see it in full form...and moving.

Ridley is a master film maker. He'll deliver the goods. He's revisiting the franchise that put him on the map. I'm sure he's enthused and will give us want the fans want.

I think everyone's underestimating Ridley Scott a little. Everyone's saying this is a shit idea but there obviously forgetting that Ridley fucking Scott, the director of Alien, which is one of the greatest horror movies ever made, is directing it. It can't be that bad with Ridley Scott directing it. I'm on board.

I'd say so, because as far as we know the Xenomorphs don't really have anything like that.

I'm more excited that Giger is working on the film, but they (he and Scott) make a good team.

(I know Giger worked on Alien 3 but very little of his input made it into the final film..)
