Those situations are not related. Those movies are not even out, the episode of TWD we're discussing was. Discussing something before it comes out and before spoilers are even made available is fine and not the same as talking about the most recent episode of a TV show that has been released to the world.

Someone who has not seen the most recent episode being discussed have NOTHING to add to the conversation, and are pretty much asking to be spoiled by coming to the thread before watching the episode. Fuck 'em. It's retarded to come here knowing the risk and then bitch and moan when you read a spoiler.

I'm not caught up on Breaking Bad, I've only seen the first 2 seasons, you think I'm going to go to the Breaking Bad thread and then complain when I see people talking about the current season? Fuck no.

Spoiler tags are great and still a relatively new invention... the common sense of not coming to a conversation on a series without expecting the possibility of inside information leaking out is ignorant and naive to say the least.... and that common sense should have existed long before spoiler tags... thus, one needs to be responsible for oneself, and not expect others to conform to their will...

If you don't want to see spoilers, don't come to the thread, simple as that. Or you're walking through a mine field. Don't get mad if you blow up.

I agree people should use spoiler tags (although lizard king did say he used them and BD screwed it up) but there is no need to call people names and get bent out of shape about it.
