the only way i'm coming back for season 3 is if they give lucky, capone and lansky more screentime. Or else i'm out. Nucky is not interesting enough. Fuck him!

As an early American mafia aficionado myself, I was at first disappointed for that same reason, and was hoping the show would focus more on them from the gitgo, but I let it go when I realized the show was quality regardless.

As an early American mafia aficionado myself, I was at first disappointed for that same reason, and was hoping the show would focus more on them from the gitgo, but I let it go when I realized the show was quality regardless.

Considering they killed off a whole bunch of major characters in season 2 I'd say the focus will shift more towards Lucky, Capone etc. I want to see more of Arnold Rothstein. Michael Stuhlbarg is such a good actor, he deserves more screen time.

Season two brought in the Jewish butcher, new FEDS, more screentime for Uncle Jr. from the Sopranos, Donesley, and probably other new characters I am not recalling. They do not seem afraid to use characters audiences are not familiar with, in place of the instantly recognizable Lucky, Lansky, and Capone. I hope they do focus more on the classic Rogues Gallery, but I hope it isn't for commercial viability and the likelihood of a Season 4.

I've been purposefully avoiding the mob history of Atlantic City so as not not ruin the surprises in this show, although I am not even sure how historically accurate they have been so far.

Shit's pretty fucking crazy this season.....Nucky is definitely going more the way of Walter White.

Yeah, unfortunately for me, there's just something about Buschemi I don't buy. Maybe it's just his general appearance, but he doesn't sell me on being a threatening and powerful figure. Maybe it's all those years I've watched him play a scheming lowlife, scumbag.

Love the show, but if there was one thing I'd change, it would be Buschemi.
