I missed laughing at the BD groupthink. Why say something original and substantive when you can verbosely paraphrase the last five posters? I've actually used this forum as a teaching aid. It makes me feel as though I should buy an American Apparel bodysuit or whatever type of garment is advertised on the main page.

Serenity - watching Firefly for the first time recently, this movie had an entirely different impact on me. When characters from the series die, I found myself saying "noooooo", even though I already knew their fate. The movie is just slightly more gritty than the tv show, but it still retains that goofy charm as well.

That's just your opinion, NOT fact. Truth is that there are plenty of people who fucking loved this flick, myself included.

I can't convince you that it's a good movie nor can i prove that it is, but by that same token... you can't convince me that it's a bad movie and more so, you certainly can't prove that it's a bad film. I guess that's the great thing about opinions.
