Prometheus - 4/5

I hope they make a sequel to this as I'd love to see where this story goes. The blu ray is absolutely stunning. One of the best transfers I've seen.

Girl, Interrupted... this film makes me feel less crazy and (at the same time) that I would fit right in with the right kinds of people.

BeRightBack got me in the mood. Haven't seen it in a long time, it's one of those films I can watch over and over.

I love that movie. It was one of my picks in the previously finished horror draft. Plus, I love John Cusack. That man can do no wrong in my eyes.

Same here. Even if he's in a terrible film, he adds something that keeps me watching.


Vanilla Sky - 8/10

An old favorite. Still haven't seen Open Your Eyes, but plan on doing it soon since this one popped back up on my radar.

"Swiss Family Robinson"....This 1960 Walt Disney adaptation is an alltime fave classic. Full of breathtaking cinematography, solid art direction, nicely done special effects, fun, and adventure. The ensemble cast is pretty good. Major standouts would be John Mills,Dorothy MCGuire, and handsome James MacArthur as "Fritz". Loved the various types of animals/wildlife featured in the movie. The pirate scenes were awesome and full of action,humor, and thrills. An entertaining flick from beginning to end.

They are making a sequel, releases in 2015 I think.

HIGH School - 6/10

Pretty typically dumb and over idealistic stoner movie. Not as turgid as I thought though. Some hilarious moments, Adrian Brody is actually really really good in this.

Livide - 3/10

Really disappointed with this film. Aside from some really interesting imagery, all the actors fall flat, the story is really thin and weak, and the ending is kind-of ridiculous. Didn't really like this all that much, which is a shame because everything that was coming out on this film looked wicked.

If you do watch it, good luck. Manages to be even worse than The Apparition and PA4 in my opinion.
