No tell everyone to watch The cave and then watch The Descent and then they will appreciate how good it (The Descent) is. The Cave made me cringe all the way through and plus, it was way too dark, I had to turn up the brightness and contrast just to see what was going on.

I thought it was great. I agree with the above poster that the claustrophobia aspect was just as scary as anything else. Anyone who has been spelunking knows what I mean. The end however, was awesome...

I actually liked it. Thought it wass an excellent movie. i dont like CGI, but in this film it worked and looked great. i have no complaints from start to finsih the film was great. And like I always state I dont like new horror but some films of recent I have enjoyed and really like are:

High Tension
Wolf Creek
The Descent

The Devils Rejects
Hostel
House of 1,000 Corpses.

For me (in my opinon) it was average.... 6/10
Worth renting, not buying IMO...
