House of 1,000 Corpses.
Yeh, there's been a few good films of late, I really enjoyed Wolf Creek although I felt it was over way too quickly.

To short thats the first time I had heard that.Usually its to slow most say as i said as well. But I watched it last night and iots nbot slow moving at all has a good pace and things change little by little , just seems slow.

plus I guess you wait for tyhe action so badly it seems like it drags. It really is a great movie with great pace. IMO , I think it ended in a fine amount of time. I was satisfied.

Good God this film is one of the better horror films of the past 2 years or so... I mean I think Devil's Rejects is overrated and Hostel was fun (no horror jsut psychological) whereas this was something fun... after seeing Dog Soldiers I was just looking forward to this sonofabitch.

8/10 and then some

Apparently, the american release of The Descent will have a different ending.
Here's the news:

http://www.horrorchannel.com/dread/i...ticle&sid=4480

I don't have the DVD, so my question is, is there an alternate ending on it? Is it any good? The original ending is perfect, I don't know why they would change it.

I've got the R2 SE DVD, and as far as I remember there is no alternate ending. I do look forward to seeing it again to see what they have changed though...

Great film, by the way. Easily one of the best horror films of the last few years. It was definately my favorite horror film of 2005...
