I don't know what the best GN of all time would be. When I was younger I collected a lot of Japanese manga. I was pretty big on the maleXmale romance novels. I've donated most of all that to the library now. I got into Jhonen Vasquez work for awhile too including Johnny the Homicidal Maniac, Squee, and I Feel Sick. I guess what I'd have to consider the best though would be the Tank Girl comics b/c its just so damn kick ass.

The Death Note series. Didn't really care for the films.

I'm not a comic book reader generally, so I'm not qualified to state what I think is the best graphic novel of all time. But out of what I have read, I can say that the best was 'Batman: The Dark Knight Returns', by Frank Miller.

I haven't read many graphic novels, but the one I'm currently enjoying (and have so far enjoyed the most) is The Walking Dead series.

Since I don't read graphic novels or comics often, I'll have to go with Watchmen.
However, I'm a big fan of trade paperback series and I've thoroughly enjoyed Preacher and The Maxx. My friend is trying to get me into Y: The Last Man... thinking about giving it a shot.

The best comic I've ever read has had to be one of the Preacher volumes.
