Shame on costas to take this terrible tragedy and make it about gun laws, what a huge douchebag. Jets finally win one now that sanchez is gone. Hopefully McElroy will start next week

I don't know what Rex's problem is with Tebow starting. He led Denver the playoffs last year and WON a round against the Steelers of all teams. Give the guy a chance, dammit.

McElroy already proved that. haha What he needs to do is keep starting Sanchez, get high a draft pick for next year, and draft a good QB. Because he obviously doesn't want to start Tebow, or he already would've. I just don't understand; why pick the guy up if you're not going to use him?

Tebow is ratings gold? The guy can't throw worthshit, I still say make him a running back or full back. He has the size and could take a beating and still going. BUt after this season, I really don't see him in NY anymore, Mark is shit also, which leaves Mclory left to clean shit up in NY. I am not a college football nerd, so the only QB i knew about was Matt Barkley but then he fucked up his throwing shoulder and USC sucks now so who knows where he will land.

Tebow was in the NFL for ONE year and led Denver to the playoffs, and also one a round. For some reason they won't give him a second chance. No QB wins the Super Bowl in their first year. If Rex would've started him I'm sure the Jets would be .500 or above. It's a shame they can't recognize it.

He did more damage then good, if Tebow did not have the D that the Broncos had he would of lost all their games. What was it, he sucked for three periods and then finds his ass pulls out the win? I really don't remember any dominating games where it was evident he was great. Then look again at what Denver had before Teebow, what was it Brady Quin? Or what was the other fucker that was there....Orton sucked dick to. So he was the prettiest turd in Denver so what the fuck not you know? He beat a shitty Steeler that was no right being in the playoffs that year and then played an actual quality team in the Pats and was raped.
I just can't stand this forcefeed ESPN queen of a man. Trade his ass to a team that "needs" him and watch them suck harder then Sanchez. Rex will have to eat his word and just let Tebow go, I hear Philly needs someone....

![]() Honestly, considering their cast, Tebow is legitimately their best option. I'm still confused to why he chose NY over Jacksonville(denying us a potentially great Hard Knocks) but if the organization wants to keep parading out Sanchez and/or McElroy more power to him, can't say I don't enjoy their endless embarrassment. Ideally, they'd stick with Sanchez, so next year, Elroy would start fresh; put 'em in a hole, early, and leave them reeling without a (competent) replacement. IMO, Mac's another Ken Dorsey, ball hangs way too much to be an effective NFL quarterback.

In NO way am I praising Tebow. My point is; they bring Tebow in as back-up for Sanchez. Half way through the season Sanchez is bombing and coughing up losses that should've been wins. So WHY not give Tebow a chance? He led the Broncos to the playoffs (regardless of how good the D was, every QB stands behind his D), and wins the first round against an always strong Steelers defense. But yet Rex still doesn't give Tebow the chance to possibly get him a couple of wins. What does he have to lose? NOTHING. So what I'm gettin' at; why did he sign him if he's not going to play him? I'm not on the Tebow's bandwagon, personally I think he's overrated, but what's there to lose? |

Tebow a hard runner with the fire in his belly to WIN.
Sanchez a interception hog who is smiling and happy on the sideline. I would take Tebow all day long the kid needs a chance because some players just win and he is one of them.
