The other day was after watching The Raid (which I really enjoyed) I watched Punisher: War Zone and noticed a similar amount of brutality in the action. I actually checked to see if the stunts and whatnot were done by the same guys.

I was trying to get a bit more infor about this movie before getting it. Synopsis, maybe. I can't even find it on IMdb. I know, dont kill me please. Wikipedia here I come.

After looking it up on Wiki, could it /possibly be The Raid: Redemption, an Indonesian flick?

I'm sure its been mentioned inthe pages before, but sadly enough I'm too lazy and impatient to sift through all that bullshit, mostly.

That's the one. I'll give you a quick rundown though.....cop dude goes into large apartment complex full of bad dudes and fucks shit up. Saying anything else will give away some of the plot....even though that pretty much is the plot.

It's basically a bunch of elves vs a bunch of orcs, but the elves are really cops and the orcs are drug dealers....

The Raid's action is stunning. It made my jaw drop, and I felt so intensely involved it was brilliant! I would've liked better characters, but you can't have anything. It still doesn't stop it from being one of the greatest action films I've ever seen!

The raid is fuckin brilliant I like how violent the fight sequences are compared to most martial art type films I have seen
