Really good game, but it doesn't touch Symphony of the Night, Harmony of Dissonance, Aria of Sorrow, or even maybe Simons Quest, Circle of the Moon and Super Castlevania. This is in no way knocking the game, it's really excellent. But it's far too easy for a CV game. I only died twice, and that was during 2 optional bosses which you don't even need to fight to beat the game (but I always HAVE to get 100%!!!). I also missed the leveling up aspect, as it means if you want, you can just run on past half the enemies, because it's not like you're going to get more powerful by fighting them. But, those are my only complaints. Konami pulled off a fantastic job making the game feel like a 2D game in a 3D world, and it felt like a CV game, which was my main concern. Now that they have the right formula, they can only get better.

actually i am a big gamer i just finished true crime , metroid prime, viewtiful joe , soul caliber 2 , thats just the last two months ...but i just bought the gameboy advance sp the day after christmas so i really havent seen the games for it yet..point out some good ones for me..

pickedup castlevania lament of innocence for ps2 half price pre played at blockbuster, there wasnt even a dust mark on the disc.

anyhow yeah, awesome game! bought time they put one out too. my whole family gets into the games as well so its a battle to see who gets the controller hehe
