I actually wonder if that response was a cunning attempt by Obama's administration to save face. Realisticly I think it was a dumb petetion and whoever started it was just fucking around. If that response by Mr. Shawcross wasnt meant to be funny and he had been a complete dick about it I wonder how the general public would have felt.
