15 hour window needs to be changed to 8. If people can't pay attention to the order, they have no business being involved in the damn game.

That's the idea, but still, 8 hours is little absurd. What if you don't think your turn is coming up, and there is a drafting frenzy before you go to work?

15 hours should suffice.

I've always felt the 15 hour wait between picks was too much.

Even if you don't think you're turn is coming up send your picks to a mod before you leave for work anyways.

That's what I always do.
