A Cult film is a film that has acquired a highly devoted but specific group of fans.

My own tastes in film has always run toward exploitation flicks, B movies, low budget cinema. There’s just something about those movies I can’t quite put my finger on that makes them so much more fun to watch than the polished big Hollywood productions. I’ll take a bucket of popcorn with extra butter, a Coke and Blackenstein, Delinquent Girl Boss, or Faces of Death over Saw or Halloween 2 any day of the week.

I love the fact that a bunch of people can go to a old style movie house and watch something like The Rocky Horror Picture Show and even TX Chainsaw and have a great time it is more an a event!

I love the RHPS. First saw it when I was 13. I was the only person in the room that stayed beyond the Time Warp dance. My parents and sibs just didnt get it. But I loved it from the first frame. Still havent had the pleasure of watching it in theater, but its one of my life’s goals. Lol.
