I think it was chuck also for at the end of the season final he dissapeared. But then again there is supposed to be a season 6 somehow so who knows? I don’t think Chuck was God, if you read the bible all of the old prophets (Ezekiel Jeremiah etc) Were “Raptured” up to Heaven once they were done with their prophecies, and I think that’s what happened to Chuck too.
That’s a good point I never thought of. Then again, the way chuck looked throughout the last season and the way he looked at the very end were totally different. Like he was playing a role the whole time before. The necklace never worked around him, but then again if he was God who’s to say he couldn’t just make it not work.

Chuck might have been, because one of the producers said that they would reveal him in the episode and all signs did point to chuck. Also, Raphael and Castiel didn’t recognize Chuck as God, but if he was God I’m guessing he could just mask his presence, lol.

it think it was Chuck , it was set up to make the viewer think this in the 5th season finale … but why has Dean not looked to ask Chuck in season 6 about Sam and his soul ? it just seeems that would be the first thing i would do , to ask the guy who knows at least something about the situation .(or you would think)
