Yeah with everyone talking about the behind the scenes problems and speculating that the end result will be a mess for so long, I’m pretty happy to see the positive feedback so far.

I was more referencing the fact that Stephen King was publicly vocal about his disappointment in what Kubrick did with his story, Nicolson’s character in particular… but yeah I agree, the movie > miniseries all day.

i watched a few more of his videos, goofy talk-singing seems to be his thing. see the pantera/walk cover as a perfect example.

i wish he just did it as an instrumental… or at least didn’t stare into the camera while he was singing, haha. i can’t really complain though because overall it was a totally unique and amazing arrangement.
