My favorite Argento film is actually a three way tie between Suspiria, Tenebre and Phenomena. If I were to introduce someone to Argento’s work, these three films would be the holy trifecta.

I love Lucio Fulci’s work. Zombi 2, City of the Living Dead and The Beyond are all works of gorific art. House By the Cemetary is one of the creepiest movies I have ever seen in my life.

Suspiria is by far thee best of the trilogy! The atmosphere, the cinematography and of course the soundtrack is killer!!! Suspiria is the movie that introduced me to Argento and I have been a huge fan since.

Inferno was an okay movie. I’ve only seen it once. I think I’ll need to watch it again to see if my opinion changes.
