I liked it a lot, but it’s not one of my favorites. One thing I really love about all of his novels is that you can find dated pop culture references in them, like slang that was popular at the time or lyrics from George Thorogood or Ramones songs. i can’t choose just one!
wild at heart, lost highway, and twin peaks.
i do like mulholland drive, but it’s probably one of my least favorite lynch films.

I think “remaking” the film without Wes Craven and Robert Englund is a mistake, but the casting of Jackie Earle Haley as Freddy is pretty awesome.
