Just a small update,seen as no one has commented in here for 2 years(!)
Managed to secure the Australian 2 disc collectors edition of Day of the Dead…and must say that it is shit-hot!!! The transfer and sound are excellent,and the extras are substantial too.Another (niggley) reason for purchase,aside from what has already been mentioned,is that it has the audio corrected,so certain scenes that suffered from re-dubbing in the majority of other versions,have been kept in their original state.The cover has a lovely zombie on a gurney complete with spilled guts…it is IMHO the best print available…well done Umbrella Entertainment for this outstanding edition *****
