Talk about your first time playing these games and why you love them so much.
I think I was about 15 or 16 when a good friend loaned me silent hill the original for PSone. I played it with my little brother by my side, he was like 11 or 12, and we were both pretty much scared shitless by this game, we played in the dark of course. And even though i think this game gave my little brother nightmares, he kept coming back in the daytime again and again, and to this day he is the biggest silent hill fan i know.
Great series of games, probably my favorite.

  I got a used PS1 from a game shop in town that came with some free rentals. I originally grabbed RE2 but when it didn’t work they switched it for a copy of SH to see if it was the disc or the machine. Turns out it was the machine, but I played the hell out of the game. The elevator scene in the first one freaked me out.

  I was maybe 14 or 15 and Silent Hill had just came out. My sister was the first to introduce me. She had rented it with her friend and they were freaked out! She said I should play it because I was good with puzzles and with fear. (thanks sis) HELL… I was terrified! I did well on the puzzles but the game itself was fucked up! (in a good way) :headstab:
  
  I also recall my mother watching a few moments of the game… she wasn’t to please but I remember she LOVED the idea of the puzzles. Because it made you think…
  
  But to talk about first playing ‘Silent Hill’ and to add my first thought on it… Well what really hooked me is my first true scare and that was in the school. Inside the Girl’s restroom I believe.A soft sobbing from one of the stalls but no one is there… I was Hooked!!! :eck:
