Hellraiser Appreciation Group!!! December 11, 2009 4:35 pmOne thing that I just absolutely love about the book was the description of Pinhead which goes something like…
“across his entire head was an intricate grid with a jeweled pin driven up to the hilt…” (not verbatim)
All I’m trying to say is that the book was utterly fantastic and would like to discuss it? Any interesting interpretations…[Read more]

It is hard for me to pick from the first couple of years but Scooby-Doo Where are you season one: Which Witch is Which. Just classic Scooby-Doo. But Scooby-Doo is in my top 5 all time favorite cartoons along with anything by Tex Avery, Tom and Jerry etc…..
-
its pretty difficult to decide on just one but I did like the 1st episode that has the creeper.
-
WHAT THE HEX GOING ON? – creepiest episode of all time!
-
i really dnt have a fav. but i liked STINKWEED in a pup named scooby doo. and in The Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo series it was The ghoul, the bat and the ugly with the shadow creature. That episode creeped the fuck out of me when i was a kid.

Supernatural: A Group For Hunters September 14, 2009 1:37 pmSo, what’s your favorite episode and why?
Mine’s probably the Grounhog’s Day episode. It’s funny as hell at first the switches up completely and gets dead serious on your ass.
-
Not sure if I can pinpoint one episode but I remember being really into the episodes that got Meg into the series.
-
Roadkill. It oozes atmosphere, and has a wonderful twist. Among its several great horror moments are the (funny) scene with the desiccated, hanging corpse and the scene wherein the woman is yanked through the window.
-
I agree the Groundhog’s Day was probably my favourite, looking forward to season 5!!!
Oh and any episode with Ruby, in any host body, they all fit!!!!!
-
Off the top of my head, Wishful Thinking (if only for the suicidal teddy bear).
-
I loved Wishful Thinking too. I also liked the Lucky Rabbit’s Foot episode.
-
Yeah, “Bad Day At Black Rock” was pretty good too.
-
Probably have to say my fav episode is ‘Hell House’ it’s funny because they play those tricks on eachother but it’s a cool episode as a whole.
-
Hell House is also great.
-
In My Time of Dyeing
Everybody loves A Clown
Season 4 episode 1 (where he rises from hell) -
Wow so many great ones from which to choose.
Off the top of my head, Groundhog Day, Bad Day at Black Rock and Ghostfacers. -
No Rest for the Wicked. I don’t know why, I just love it. Especially when Bobby says, “You’re almost Hell’s bitch. So, you can see Hell’s other bitches.”
-
Up until now I woulda had to choose between a few episodes…but Right now (and this could change next week) I gotta say my favorite was the season closer we all just went through. I’ve never been so shocked by a tv show in my life.
-
It’s a tie between On the Head of a Pin and Hammer of the Gods. They’re both awesome.

Silent Hill Fan Group August 29, 2009 1:13 pmTalk about your first time playing these games and why you love them so much.
I think I was about 15 or 16 when a good friend loaned me silent hill the original for PSone. I played it with my little brother by my side, he was like 11 or 12, and we were both pretty much scared shitless by this game, we played in the dark of course. And even though…[Read more]-
I got a used PS1 from a game shop in town that came with some free rentals. I originally grabbed RE2 but when it didn’t work they switched it for a copy of SH to see if it was the disc or the machine. Turns out it was the machine, but I played the hell out of the game. The elevator scene in the first one freaked me out.
-
I was maybe 14 or 15 and Silent Hill had just came out. My sister was the first to introduce me. She had rented it with her friend and they were freaked out! She said I should play it because I was good with puzzles and with fear. (thanks sis) HELL… I was terrified! I did well on the puzzles but the game itself was fucked up! (in a good way)…[Read more]

Hellbilly Deluxe.
Dragula is my all time favorite song. -
I started listening to Rob with Hellbilly Deluxe, theres a lot of good songs on it, so it gets my vote. Sinister Urge has good song on it too
-
Meh, some of the stuff on Dragula was pretty good. Other than that I wasn’t really a big Zombie fan music wise anyways.
-
Hellbilly Deluxe is my favorite album of all time! I love all his music.

‘The Hellbound Heart’ now seems something extra extraordinary and special because of where the franchise took the Pinhead character. In the book Pinhead (or Lead Cenobite) was ambiguous…an androgynous, perhaps even female, certainly not the major character but a servant of hell. The films downplayed the dark sexuality of the cenobites to an…[Read more]

Fantastic read. I read it during my time in college.
It’s been about ten years but I remember that too. Has anyone heard anything about when Scarlet Gospels is going to be released? I love Clive but he’s been a little flaky of late.
