Hey, I’m 16 from Toronto, I write and direct in my spare time, I made a Nine Inch Nails inspired short movie a couple of months ago, shot on a low budget, meant to be surrealist, psychedelic, transcendental horror short

I might as well take this time to introduce myself. I’m a filmmaker out of Ontario Canada and I write, Produce, Direct and act in my films as well as others films to. The biggest thrill was being in the last SAW film a few years back. Kind of surreal being a big horror fan and being apart of it. I run my own production TIME KNOWS FILMS and love…[Read more]

  • Talk about your first time playing these games and why you love them so much.
I think I was about 15 or 16 when a good friend loaned me silent hill the original for PSone. I played it with my little brother by my side, he was like 11 or 12, and we were both pretty much scared shitless by this game, we played in the dark of course. And even though…[Read more]

    • I got a used PS1 from a game shop in town that came with some free rentals. I originally grabbed RE2 but when it didn’t work they switched it for a copy of SH to see if it was the disc or the machine. Turns out it was the machine, but I played the hell out of the game. The elevator scene in the first one freaked me out.

    • I was maybe 14 or 15 and Silent Hill had just came out. My sister was the first to introduce me. She had rented it with her friend and they were freaked out! She said I should play it because I was good with puzzles and with fear. (thanks sis) HELL… I was terrified! I did well on the puzzles but the game itself was fucked up! (in a good way)…[Read more]

i think everything about it really makes it the perfect blockbuster. It’s intense, has great characters, great story and the shark is iconic.

    • GREAT DATE MOVIE!!!

    • I agree with that.

    • This is my favorite horror movie, I had seen this back in the early 80′s, and it had such an affect on me and our swimming pool when I was a kid:lol:
Jaws is a great date movie, it is tastefully gory in some scenes, the score is timeless. The humor is clever but doesn’t take over the movie.

    • Jaws is one of the first movies I remember watching as a child.
This movie is near perfection. John Williams’ score is one of the most iconic pieces of music in movie history. Add to the mix a truly memorable cast, terrifying scares and a giant shark and you have a classic film, a blockbuster in the true sense of the word that still runs rings…[Read more]

    • This is the movie that got me into horror. I still watch it everytime they show it on tv.

    • Only a complete cunt would not like this movie.

    • Simply put, Jaws was(still is) nothing short of incredible.

    • it was a phenomenon.everyone including myself was afraid to swim at the beach for a few years.when a movie alters the behavior of the masses you know it’s good !!

    • not trying to be tough but this is the only movie to truly, truly scare me.and thats why, people like to be scared.:D

This is where you can talk about your upcoming projects, links to your own films, anything really.
I really hope to make it big as a film-maker someday. :D

    • DOn’t we all hope to make it big? I myself would love to be a producer. For now…all i do is write.

    • What’s up guys. It’s nice to see another couple of guys who want to make movies. Are any of you working on anything right now. What genres do you work in? I’m down for all genres. Also any tips? I’ve been trying to refine a script of mine for a little while now. I’m thinking of shooting a teaser trailer, posting it some places and seeing if it…[Read more]
