Thought’s/comments. I read it and loved it. Yea it’s kinda like “The Mist” but with not monsters I understand that. But it really is so much more. I liked it a lot, but it’s not one of my favorites. One thing I really love about all of his novels is that you can find dated pop culture references in them, like slang that was popular at the time or lyrics from George Thorogood or Ramones songs. I thought it was really great. King finally got back to his roots. The characterization was awesome.
I thought Under the Dome was a new take on beings from another world. This def kept me wanting to read it every chance I got. The characters and what they were going through felt real, and I felt everyone of their emotions.
