I’d just like to say that Richard Stanley was fired during pre-production of The Island of Dr. Moreau. Only some of his set designs were used. Dust Devil and Hardware are totally his and worth seeing IMO.

I like them both (for different reasons). I don’t really think they are great cinematic achivements or anything, but I enjoy his style and the characters he’s created.

Big fan of the whole series, but dig the first one the most. I guess because I watched along with thousands of other viewers see the movie get made.
