I love the fact that a bunch of people can go to a old style movie house and watch something like The Rocky Horror Picture Show and even TX Chainsaw and have a great time it is more an a event!

I love the RHPS. First saw it when I was 13. I was the only person in the room that stayed beyond the Time Warp dance. My parents and sibs just didnt get it. But I loved it from the first frame. Still havent had the pleasure of watching it in theater, but its one of my life’s goals. Lol.

The first ROTLD is world class but the 2nd was not half bad. The others sucked pretty bad though. Even thought they were all named ROTLD part something or another I just pretend it was a mistake and they were supposed to called something else.

ROTLD2 wasn’t too bad, and the third was kind of watchable.. I haven’t seen the fourth or fifth parts since I have yet to hear anything good about them.

For all-time favorite, and this is tough I have to go with Black Christmas, the original of course. This movie not only birthed the slasher film, but also the holiday killer film & set the bar pretty high. It’s not a brilliant film but it was OK. The only animal cruelty I can remember in it is when a turtle gets killed .

I think Rob Zombie’s Halloween 2 is going to be great, at least much better than the first. I thought House of 1000 Corpses was just OK but then Zombie released The Devil’s Rejects and it totally kicked ass! I believe its gonna be the same way with this film.

I’ve seen the “Vengeance” Trilogy, they’re all pretty good. My favorite of the two are “Old Boy” and “Lady Vengeance.” Ichi the Killer is a sick and awesome movie. The gore is so over the top like mostly everything that Takashi Miike directs(Audition, Dead or Alive, Fudoh: The new generation, and Gozu)!

you have to give a review of “Sheitan” for us Jae……Miike is a great director, but the only problem is that he is stuck in Japan…..

Yeah, I just the saw the trailer…I’m hoping it turns out good. Freddy is my favorite villain, so I hope he doesn’t get butchered by a terrible movie but then again there’s no way it can be as bad as Freddy’s Dead.

I actually liked Freddy’s Dead when I originally saw it. I was only about 10 years old though! Not the best Freddy film after a second viewing! It’s definitely my least favourite but I still watch it maybe once every 3 years.

Watched Twelve the other night and it was a bit of a let down to be honest. The plot was decent but it turned out to be rather dull overall. Definitely not the worst film I’ve seen but it could’ve been so much better. Maybe if they’d had a bigger budget.
