Full Moon Fans July 18, 2012 8:47 pmHave you guys seen Zombies Vs. Strippers yet? I got it from Redbox and was pleasantly surprised. The lead man reminded me of a younger Bruce Campbell, and it was the first time I saw a stripper give a zombie a lap dance. Hilarious! If interested, you can check out the movie’s Facebook site here: http://bit.ly/ZVSjump

Misfits fiend club December 29, 2009 10:00 pmMine would have to be Static Age, with Earth A.D. close behind.
I go back and forth between them though.
-
Well hellz bells a misfits club!!!
Im going with walk among us, i lost my virginity to that album:mrgreen: -
It was definitely a sucker punch, but still…If you push someone you should be ready for that. And he didn’t get knocked out, he got up almost as soon as he was knocked down.
-
That was not a sucker punch at all, Danzig was looking right at the guy and should have saw that coming. As for favorite album, it’s Static Age.
-
Walk among us, followed by static age, followed by Earth A.D.
-
12 Hits From Hell easily.
-
Walk Among Us
-
I would love to have a legit copy of 12 hits.
It has the best version of Halloween they’ve ever done IMO. Good one.
-
STATIC AGE for sure.it’s got a sound like nothing else.
-
static age
-
We are 138!!! Static age for me.
-
Walk Among Us, followed closely by Static Age, then Legacy of Brutality and Earth AD
-
Walk among us is the best, first punk album i ever had.
-
ummm, prob american psycho……just JOKING!….i d say earth a.d…cuz its there heaviest…but if its from the danzig area they all kick ass
-
Walk among us!! then legacy

Nightmare on Elm st. Fans December 17, 2009 2:39 amLet me know what your favorite Nightmare on Elm street film is and why. I’m curious to see the outcome and votes on this topic:)
-
The original is my favourite because it introduces Freddy, the kills are by far the best and it’s probably the scariest. Out of the other films I prefer Dream Warriors and New Nightmare but they’re all close to my heart!
How about you? -
Indeed. Good choices. I adore the 1st one aswell because of the way they introduced Freddy. He was much scarrier and they did well caputring how creepy he is. New nightmare is creative and made fred a lot more creepy and dark
-
the original,no explanation neccessary.part 3 for all the nice kills and the worm.fvj for the sweet fight scenes and story.
-
i would have to agree with pac on this…..the first was the best hands down!!!
-
i actually like part 2…
-
i am not going to lie…..the second part was just not as good….the first was epic, but then the second was a let down compared to the first….
-
agreed but the pool party was awesome.
-
i dont even agree with that…..i thought it was disappointing….how many kills from that 2 or 3???
-
it was a nice way to show freddy as completely evil.it went friday the 13th.:pirate:
-
we already knew that though……he killed children before teenagers!!!!
-
while thats evil he killed them one at a time.this time he slaughtered them.its a very drastic change.
-
i would believe that if he had the chance he would always spree the life out of teenagers, but he is stuck one at a time in dream land…..
-
it was still nice to see it.
-
i would love to see that too, but the dream land kills are what makes Freddy the legend that he is!!!!
-
i agree.once only to see it but i like the dream kills best.:pirate:
-
Nightmare 1…the film that started it all. i also love 3, and the New Nightmare…two words…Heather Langenkamp!
-
the original has to be the best becuase it started it all and it was the scariest one, after that the rest were comedys.
-
yeah right, part 2 and new nightmare were far from comedies.
-
Dont get me wrong i love the first, and it IS the best… but i like the second one, Freddy’s revenge. Theres a pool party scene where Freddy enters the real world. He shows a god-like complexity when he raises his arms and says “You’re all my children now”. Iconic.
-
New Nightmare tried to be scary but didnt manage it
-
the 1st is the best.i like the others but the original movie was a fresh take on the slasher at the time.freddy was the first one that was already dead.
-
Deff. the original is my fav. I still get goosebumps when we first meet freddy in the dark alley way and he does that arm stretch thing and scratches the wall. I can’t watch in the dark haha.
-
The original. Awesome kills, introduces the killer we call Freddy, and it is the scariest in the franchise.
-
1,3,4 and Freddy vs Jason if you count it
-
orignal(number 1) cause just when u first saw this one it was fucking scary and after number one they where stilll good but not the same creepyness u get!
-
the first is by far the best. i live and breathe this movie. its scary as all hell. 1,3,7(the ones that wes craven directed/wrote) are all scary, the rest have that comedic element that i hate. but the first one is by FAR the best

Hellraiser Appreciation Group!!! December 11, 2009 4:35 pmOne thing that I just absolutely love about the book was the description of Pinhead which goes something like…
“across his entire head was an intricate grid with a jeweled pin driven up to the hilt…” (not verbatim)
All I’m trying to say is that the book was utterly fantastic and would like to discuss it? Any interesting interpretations…[Read more]

‘The Hellbound Heart’ now seems something extra extraordinary and special because of where the franchise took the Pinhead character. In the book Pinhead (or Lead Cenobite) was ambiguous…an androgynous, perhaps even female, certainly not the major character but a servant of hell. The films downplayed the dark sexuality of the cenobites to an…[Read more]

Fantastic read. I read it during my time in college.

It’s been about ten years but I remember that too. Has anyone heard anything about when Scarlet Gospels is going to be released? I love Clive but he’s been a little flaky of late.

Full Moon Fans July 19, 2009 9:19 pmI grew up on my mom’s VHS tapes of Full Moon movies. So many great memories, and I really do love them all. Its hard to just pick one. But atm my favorite is Castle Freak. Though I’m a fickle fan and my favorite changes from time to time.
-
Full Moon was a huge part of my childhood and I would go to the video store daily just to check out all the new stuff they had out.
My favorite Full Moon film is Puppet Master III. I also dig Puppet Master 1-5, The Suspecies series, Trancers 2, Demonic Toys and the Evil Bong series.
-
I’m also a fan of Toulon’s Revenge! a few that stick out in my mind(nostalgia):
Subspecies
Castle Freak
Gingerdead Man(sorry but this was so damned funny)
Freeway 2: Confessions of a Trick Baby
Puppet Master(i + iii)
I have a vhs copy of Assault of the Killer Bimbos in a box. I swear it said “FULL MOON” on the top. If it is Full Moon, then that is…[Read more] -
My favorite is easily Subspecies. It is not only my favorite Full Moon film, this may be my favorite vampire movie. LOL, Radu was a bad motherfucker. But I loved so many of them I would get so excited when I was a kid to rent a movie from the video store that had the “Full Moon Entertainment” logo on the box. What was the name of the behind…[Read more]

“Sadly they havent been like that much lately themselves.”
Yes, very sad.And where the Hell is Comic Con?! I keep hearing about it. Damnation, I’m sure it’s so far out of my reach and too late to go by now…
-
the puppetmaster series is what caught my attention lol i love fullmoon i almost have all of em i love watchin videozone after ….i even have their spinoff company moonbeam which made prehysteria the movie with the little dinosaurs anything they did just brings back memories lol
-
Puppet Master 1-3 were awesome movies. Full Moon had some great ones, but those have to be their best and my favorite.
-
Subspeices, and Trancers.
There is just something about the character Radu, and the locations.
And with Trancers it’s the one liners.
“Only squids have dry hair.” -
I also grew up on Full Moon vhs..ahh the days watching the videozones etc. remember those?
My fav is Puppet Master 3…I think it’s a great ‘origin’ film and I also have a strong fondness for Subspecies but love most if not all Full Moon movies. -
i love demonic toys.
-
Subspecies is def my fav Full Moon and vampire movie. I am so mad I can’t find it on DVD!
-
I have so many favorite Full Moon movies. My Top 5 are Puppetmaster 3,Subspecies,Castle Freak,Dollman, The Demonic Toys
-
Subspecies,castle freak. Evil bong series

Annie Brackett or course. her role in HALLOWEEN II was soooo good I cried ;(
yeah me too
I hated when she died
Oh well that series is dead.
Jamie was Laurie’s daughter,Michael’s niece-the focus of 2 films in the original series. She was young and innocent and a victim of shitty circumstance/DNA. Annie was really just a girl who got in the way of Michael’s mission to find Laurie. She was the average victim. So,character wise,I’d say Jamie. But because we never got to watch Jamie grow…[Read more]
I Know………..Annie Bracket Is Waaaaaaay Better!
She Died A Painful Death….
Annie Bracket
butt she was adorable as Jamie.

Annie is cute… But Danielle Harris was WAY better in Halloween IV.
I gotta go with Annie
