The Crue November 7, 2009 4:32 pmMine is Saints of Los Angeles. How about you guys?
-
This is a very deep question for me. SOLA is great, but I gotta’ go with Girls x 3 right now. The grittiest sound of their careers IMO. I’ve seen the Crue twice, and Vince solo twice. Always killer.
-
I am not a big fan of Vince. He is not a good live performer.
-
There’s no arguing that the best is a coin toss between Too Fast For Love and Shout At The Devil. So gritty. So original. Nothing like hearing 10, 000 people in an arena all yelling along with Shout At the Devil!
-
I fucking love the crue!!!!!!! Picking one is picking your fav child. That being said I’ll say all of them and not the 2 step kids that being The one with out Vince yet I gave it a listen it was pretty nice But NO Vince is no Crue. And your gonna hate for this But Swine. Yes I know Tommy was out for New Tattoo but Randy was a freaking monster. May He R.I.P

Chucky! November 7, 2009 2:14 pmi love chucky and to b honest i dnt know which film of his i like the best
child’s play 1
child’s play 2
child’s play 3
bride of chucky
seed of chuckywhich one is ur fave?
-
Childs Play 1 2 and 3 the other ones I can’t stand them

and if I have to pick one…Childs Play 1 of course…
I grew up with Chucky! :beerchug: -
same i grew up with him too
i want to get a doll of him
-
Child’s Play 1 & 2 are my favs.
Though the other movies are decent too.
-
Bride Of Chucky & Seed Of Chucky were basically comedy-horrors and the first three were just horrors. While there was a little bit of humor in the first too that I enjoyed and I did enjoy the funny stuff from the 5th & 6th one…I just feel like their needs to be another Chucky movie that is less comedy and just darker. I love the new Chucky look…[Read more]
-
I don’t really want to see a remake since the original Child’s Play was a good movie and I don’t see how they could improve upon it.
-
Unlike other remakes or re-imagination of popular horror movies…the new Child’s Play movie will be by the same person so that’s a good thing and Charles Lee Ray/Chucky will be the same person which is also a good thing. We’ll see if it really is darker than the first two but I imagine it might be more violent and gory.
I was hoping for a long…[Read more]

to behonest i also think they shouldnt remake them cus
they look gd the effect’s were perfect for the films n they couldnt do it any bettern lets hope they dnt have any shit like sex n tht cus it will b just a porn movie like some other films
its a classic they shouldnt play with it or chucky will play with them hehehe:devilang:
-
i recently bought all the childs play dvds except seed of chucky thats shit my fave is no 2
-
the original 3 were by far the best ones
-
These movies were just flippin fantastic.
I agree that the first two were definitely the best, but the others weren’t bad, kinda cheesy though.
The ‘bride of chucky’ and the ‘seed of chucky’ were quite humorous, I didn’t mind them, nothing at all that could give you nightmares though.
When I was little the first one gave me a fright, but I didn’t…[Read more] -
The 1st 3 are my favourites because they just stuck to horror with little one liners to make you smile, this works since it still holds the malicious feel to the film, whereas the last 2 lost their way by being comedy horrors, My favourite scene is in the 1st film though where chucky was thrown in the fire, and starts walking down the hall as a…[Read more]
-
to be honest childs play 3 didnt do much for me with that wieny black kid but my 2 fave bits in this one are the death of the barber and the way chucky is laughing and talking to himself as he swaps out the paintball rounds for live ones …..so sinister to take the cadets trust and nievety and throw it back in their faces
-
2 because it was like 1 but with better kills and better chucky.
-
i also love 1 because like a lot of you i grew up with it and the scene where chucky first talks is burned in my memory forever.

wat did u think of the film if u have watched it
if u havnt u should soooo watch it i thought it
was really good love it XD<3 leanne xxx:mrgreen:
-
This movie was creepy/good for me after first viewing, and was still when I re-watched it quite recently. Puppets/Mannequins (and their coming “alive”) have scared me since I was little, beginning with the dolls on my bed!I guess it’s based on those formative first childhood fears for me:shock:.
-
i loved the story line
it was very intresting why mary shaw came bk
to get her revenge
same with me i use to b abit scared of puppets i love puppets tho cus its the fear from when i was lil its weird but love the film n would watch it again XD and again lol
if u havnt seen it u should
-
This movie was fantastic! One of my favorite films of all time!
-
Dead Silence is one of my favorites too!:p
-
Loved that movie and it really “creeped” me out! I had that dolls image burned in my brain for a week. Thanks for the memories! :he::he: and for starting yet again an awesome group. Do you think there will be a sequel or was one already done?
-
my friend ses there is which they should cus they have the chance 2 cus it looked like there was goin to b another one cus she didnt die
-
I hope there is! The whole first scene with the girlfriend scared me so much! Great suspense sequence.
-
The first time I saw it, I thought it was fair – nothing great bu nothing awful – until the massive twists at the end. My jaw hit the floor at how Wan/Whannell managed nearly as big shockers as the original SAW, and the last 10 minutes or so of the movie absolutely made it a great flick for me. Poor Donnie Wahlberg LOL.
-
yea good story line too XD
-
i loved this film from the myth to the great ending an all round creepy success
-
Dead silence scared the crap out of me but I felt really sorry for her and I thought she was a great ventrilaquist
-
I loved the film, thought it was pure genious, I loved the scene with the kid that said he could see her lips moving and Mary started arguing with the puppet, I thought to myself “wow, now that is how to put a heckler in their place”. I also loved it near the end when they are in her house and all the puppets turn their heads like a mexican wave,…[Read more]

I’ve seen the trailer and it rocks of course!! Spring can’t get here early enough!!
-
I cannot wait for Alice in Wonderland, it’s one of my favorite stories and the trailer looks amazing, but of course it would. I know Saturday at the Scream Awards (airing on the 27th) Johnny Depp accepted the award for Alice in Wonderland as the most anticipated movie.
-
Cool that Johnny Depp accepted an award for the movie!! He’s seems so down to earth!! I am going to watch the awards when they come out at the end of the month.
Thanks for sharing!!
-
You’re Welcome! Did you watch the Scream Awards last year? They had a big tribute to Tim Burton and he came down in a giant hot air balloon to accept the award they had the set all Tim Burton-y and it was too cool!
-
No I did not know these awards existed. That must have been cool to watch about Tim Burton in the hot air balloon. I cannot wait for Alice. Take care!
-
wondering if its going to b any awesomer if it is going to b 3D aswel cnt wait to watch it tho xD x

What is your fave film tim burton has directed
i think most of the films are amazing
but i was a lil diserpointed in big fish was good but it wasn’t that dark like some of his films are and sometimes was abit boringbut anyway whats your fave?
-
Its a toss up between Ed Wood and Sleepy Hollow. Though I love all his films..well except for Sweeney Todd that was horrible.
-
Its now a toss up between “Beetjuice”, Edward Scisssorhands, and Legend of Sleepy Hollow, and then there’s Nightmare before Christmas.
I love all of the photos you posted on every Tim Burton group leader!!
Have a great week ahead.:):)
-
VERY Hard to choose. Edward Scissorhands, Sweeney Todd, Sleepy Hollow three of my favorites
-
U have great taste!! I bet we will be adding Alice soon.
-
I mostly like his older stuff: Beetlejuice, Batman, Edward Scissorhands, Ed Wood, Batman Returns and The Nightmare Before Christmas.
-
Just bought Beetle Juice and love Michael Keaton. Also I love Sleepy Hollow.
Ed Wood easily, best picture of 1994!
Forrest Gump??? Fuck that!
-
Sleepy Hollow, Beetlejuice extremely close 2nd. Batmans were great too!
-
I would say Alice In Wonderland for me:),Edward Scissor Hands is my 2nd and Nightmare Before Chrismas is my 3rd
-
I’d have to say Beetlejuice and Sleepy Hollow.
