Mixed Martial Arts April 27, 2011 2:49 pmAnyone wanna share there predictions for the main event on saturday?
I think this is a very interesting fight and am curious what game plan is gonna be, I think GSP needs to stand with Jake Shields to get the better of him.

VHS Horror Nostalgia April 1, 2010 9:03 amI still remember when my parents bought our first VCR. It was a Sony Betamax machine. Unfortunately, they made the wrong choice, because shortly after this purchase the newly emerging VHS format knocked Beta off the shelves. So I was limited to just a couple “mom & pop” video stores that still rented Beta tapes, until we finally purchased a VHS. I…[Read more]

Mixed Martial Arts January 15, 2010 9:46 pmHey folks
I thought I’d set this group up so we can talk fights with a bit more freedom than the main boards.
Post what you feel like, I know I will. :he:
I invited a few people off the main thread but if you know anyone that you think would like to join just send me the name and I’ll invite them.
-
I knew you were awesome. Great idea.
-
Ease back on the praise until we get it up and running. It might be a spectacular wreck. :he:
Thanks for calling in though… my OCD dictates I’d be posting to myself otherwise!
-
Hard to say. I thought Brett Rogers stood a chance until last November. I’d like to see him against Lesnar but I just don’t think it’ll happen.

Hammer Horror and the British bloods January 14, 2010 4:59 amFor a certain generation (certainly in Britain in the 1970′s…though I’d be fascinated to know of any of your experiences elsewhere) the weekly ritual of watching ‘Doctor Who’ was, I suspect, partially to blame for an interest in ‘gothic horror’.
My era was the Tom Baker era, and storylines such as ‘The Talons of Weng Chiang’ and ‘The Horror…[Read more]

There’s a lot of cross-over with the casting…this tended to happen in all of British drama, all sorts of people would turn up! I believe that the Producer of the show in the 70′s was fascinated by the darker side of genre fiction and actively tried to make the show a little more complex and adult, hence the Hammer feeling about a number of the…[Read more]

Texas Chainsaw Massacre January 8, 2010 8:08 pmWill there ever be another F##kin chainsaw massacre movie or what.If people liked the beginning i bet people would like another one. What I never got was how did it end, did the family die out or did leatherface get caught by the F##kin cops!:p
-
Dude, I want a follow-up to The Beginning/Remake. People bashed those films badly for little reason. Of coruse neither were going to match the original. But in my own personal opinion, The Beginning was better than TCM 2, IV (obviously) AND the remake. Part 1, Part III and The Beginning are my favorites, and I would definitely like another TCM.…[Read more]

Ah yes The films should return the big screen. And yes the beginning was better than TCM 2. What i still don’t get is, what happened to leatherface did he die or what????
-
i want TCM 3 but 3D?:unamused:
-
we can only hope itll be as good as tcm next generation.
-
There are few options. All American Massace, bridge the gap between The Beginning and the remake, continue from The Next Generation,or pull a Devils Rejects and have the Leatherface family on the run.
-
I would love to see a new TCM, it would be cool if they did have the family on the run but I think that might drift away from the original to much. It’s hard to know where they could go with this character & storyline but I would love seeing a new one seeing he’s my 3rd all time favorite character/movie.
-
You Know What? TCM: The Beginning (2006) Has To Be The Most Grittiest, Nittiest And The Most Sickest TCM Film Ever! People Who Liked That One CRAVE For More…..Cuz It Has Been Stopped At A Cliffhanger! Like The Narrator Says, ‘The Case Is Still Open’
-
they should remake number 2 the original:)
-
He is still alive people cause in the first one the chick runs away and tells the cops about him trying to kill her right and then they go to his house and then they check out the bassment and the cop sees him and then he kills him with a chainsaw so the should make the 3rd one from were the left of in the new one were the chick dies in the car…[Read more]

John Carpenter Fans September 1, 2009 6:09 pmSo Carpenter has been MIA for the past 8 years or so and his big comeback is a film entitled The Ward. So far all that is known, to me at least is that its a ghost story about a woman in a asylum and it will be released in 2010. Anyone else know anything about it?
-
All I know at the moment, is that Carpenter is filming it right now. He’s actually making a new film!
-
I’m not finding any updates for this but I’ll keep looking and post what I find. This is going to be great I can’t wait for a true Master of Horror to bring it all back to where it should be.
-
Amen to that, i cant wait for him to make his return.
-
it’s happening up near like spokane or idaho…was trying to research it on imdbpro….I was there’s a little casting company working on it up there…but pam dixon was casting the bigger roles

Gigan… poor guy needs more love.
Awesome group!! I just started writing a weekly article called Attack Of The Giant Monsters. My favorite is Godzilla and I really started liking Gamera with the trilogy they did in the 90′s.
:pirate:nice, man.ive only seen the first 6 gameras from the original series.
The old school Showa Godzilla films are what inspired me to make movies. It was pretty much ; and even though it is a Heisei film, . Those were the ones that really inspired me and it was more or less and . I was kinda bummed when Sony released and it didn’t have the original dub from the VHS version.[Read more]
