I’ve never understood that complaint about Signs. Maybe there aren’t that many planets to choose from? Maybe they aren’t planning to move to Earth, but just raiding it? Yet I’ve heard tons of people call it a “plot hole.”

“Outcast” was pretty good, but I’m getting real sick of “supernatural love stories.” Last time I went into a Barnes and Noble, there was a whole section for “teen supernatural romance.” C’mon people.

The plot is lifted from “The Turn of the Screw.” It’s probably the hundredth movie inspired by that story. Still, “The Last Exorcism” was surprisingly good, so this is worth keeping an eye on.
