Lucio Fulci is the best director in my mind. He made some great Movies like When Alice broke the mirror, Zombie 2 and lots more. My alltime favorite horror movie is The Beyond, it got everyting. Its like a real Nightmare.
Ruggero deodato is also a little of a favorite but Fulci is #1 in my oppinion.

I like Joe D’Amato. Beyond the Darkness aka Buio Omega (1979) was quite…different

I was watching Carpenter’s “Christine” today, and there were times when the music just made me think of Halloween III. I know a lot of Carpenter’s music has the same kinda vibe to it, but there’s something about the music in H3 that definitely works, even if it isn’t on the same level or reputation as the original film’s theme.
