the soundtrack: minimalist yet veeery ominous

The soundtrack is iconic, utterly amazing. I am particularly fond of the Tall Man, one of the truely great horror bad guys… no make-up or mask needed for him to unnerve you.

i loved the secret window its spookey and you see him act prety well in it unlike once upon a time in mexeco

He was incredible in “Public Enemies” this year and I hope he wins gets an Oscar nomination for playing Mr. Dillinger. I was actually “rooting” for him and hoping he would “ride away in the sunset” with the girl.

I don’t like him in Pirates of the carabeian because he’s got too much colour, he’s absolutly gorgeous when he’s pale, like in Sweeny Todd.

Thats probably the best part of the film except the lovely geuesome deaths. I do however feel sorry for the dog!

I don’t really want to see a remake since the original Child’s Play was a good movie and I don’t see how they could improve upon it.

Unlike other remakes or re-imagination of popular horror movies…the new Child’s Play movie will be by the same person so that’s a good thing and Charles Lee Ray/Chucky will be the same person which is also a good thing. We’ll see if it really is darker than the first two but I imagine it might be more violent and gory.

These movies were just flippin fantastic.
I agree that the first two were definitely the best, but the others weren’t bad, kinda cheesy though.
The ‘bride of chucky’ and the ‘seed of chucky’ were quite humorous, I didn’t mind them, nothing at all that could give you nightmares though.

to be honest childs play 3 didnt do much for me with that wieny black kid but my 2 fave bits in this one are the death of the barber and the way chucky is laughing and talking to himself as he swaps out the paintball rounds for live ones …..so sinister to take the cadets trust and nievety and throw it back in their faces

2 because it was like 1 but with better kills and better chucky.

i also love 1 because like a lot of you i grew up with it and the scene where chucky first talks is burned in my memory forever.

I love Beetlejuice, I thought it was genius, I knew it was a Burton film, you can tell by the dark humour, sets, and totally wacked out costumes. Great film suitable for all ages. Minimal swear words.
