Rob Zombie continues to slow-reveal his 3 From Hell cast, which includes all sorts of genre veterans. While many have already worked with Zombie, this will be the first time that Richard Edson has worked with the rocker-turned-director. Edson played Spike in the Mario Bros. adaptation, while also appearing in Strange Days, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, Platoon, “American Gothic”, among many others. Zombie also shared the below photo of Tom Papa (El Superbeasto)  in character.

3 From Hell boasts the resurrection of Captain Spaulding (Sid Haig), Otis (Bill Moseley) and Baby (Sheri Moon Zombie) in the House of 1,000 Corpses and The Devil’s Rejects sequel.

Danny Trejo will also be reprising his The Devil’s Rejects character, Rondo. Does this mean Diamond Dallas Page‘s Billy Ray Snapper will be riding in alongside him?!

Clint Howard will be portraying “Mr. Baggy Britches”. Also starring, Austin Stoker (Assault on Precinct 13), Dee Wallace (E.T., The Howling, and Cujo), Jeff Daniel Phillips (Uncle Seymour Coffins in Zombie’s Halloween 2), Dot-Marie Jones (“American Horror Story”) and Tom Papa (El Superbeasto) Zombie just added another regular to his 3 From Hell cast, revealing the addition of Daniel Roebuck, who will be reprising his The Devil’s Rejects role of Morris Green, Ruggsville’s favorite TV personality. David Ury, who was recently seen in Zombie’s 31 as “Schizo-Head”, and Pancho Moler, who plays the notorious “Sick-Head” in the same film, also star.

Filming is underway on The Invisible Man director Leigh Whannell’s Wolf Man for Universal and Blumhouse, which will be howling its way into theaters on January 17, 2025.

Deadline reports that Matilda Firth (Disenchanted) is the latest actor to sign on, joining Christopher Abbott (Poor Things),  Julia Garner (The Royal Hotel), and Sam Jaeger.

The project will mark Whannell’s second monster movie and fourth directing collaboration with Blumhouse Productions (The Invisible Man, Upgrade, Insidious: Chapter 3).

Wolf Man stars Christopher Abbott as a man whose family is being terrorized by a lethal predator.

Writers include Whannell & Corbett Tuck as well as Lauren Schuker Blum & Rebecca Angelo.

Jason Blum is producing the film. Ryan Gosling, Ken Kao, Bea Sequeira, Mel Turner and Whannell are executive producers. Wolf Man is a Blumhouse and Motel Movies production.

In the wake of the failed Dark Universe, Leigh Whannell’s The Invisible Man has been the only real success story for the Universal Monsters brand, which has been struggling with recent box office flops including the comedic Renfield and period horror movie The Last Voyage of the Demeter. Giving him the keys to the castle once more seems like a wise idea, to say the least.
