Bloody Disgusting has an exclusive first look at David Del Rio‘s indie thriller Road Head, which just wrapped production in Barstow, CA.

The film stars a trio of newcomers Clayton Farris, Damian Joseph Quinn, and Elizabeth Grullon as three friends who take a road trip to the Mojave desert where their complicated relationships are pushed to their breaking point as the group encounters a reclusive, murderous cult.

The shocking first photo shared above shows star Elizabeth Grullon coming across a head in the road – yes, literal road head!
