A Perfect Circle Release New Single “The Doomed”!

A Perfect Circle have released the new song, “The Doomed”. The track is the first music to be heard from the multi-platinum outfit’s highly anticipated 2018 full-length.

“Fourteen years have passed since we released eMOTIVe,” said Maynard James Keenan. “A new release is long overdue. In light of this current difficult and polarized social, spiritual and political climate, we artist types need to open our big mouths and share the light a little louder.”

“Years of life experience has brought our music to this moment,” added Billy Howerdel. “We know where we came from. Deeply connected to the path we’re on.”

A Perfect Circle recently announced they had signed a worldwide recording deal with BMG and are in the studio working with producer Dave Sardy on the follow-up to 2004’s eMOTIVe.

“The Doomed” arrives as A Perfect Circle kick off the second leg of their first North American tour in six years, launching on Oct. 21 at the Aftershock festival.

To hell with ‘A Perfect Circle’ and that hiatus! What’s up with ‘Tool’ and their seriously overdue new album?

    • chuck

A quick google search will net you the answer you are looking for!
It is a long and winding story but if you are a fan its worth the time.

      • Necro

        Ok will do

    • Chance LeBoeuf

My money is the album finally popping up in a year or two, but I’m not complaining. I really like Tool, but I’ve always preferred A Perfect Circle. The Thirteenth Step is probably one of my favorite albums.

How can you be a professional journalist when you fuck up the name of the band in the fucking HEADLINE of the article you wrote… What. A. Fucking. Moron.

    • chuck

His editor dropped the ball on that one.

      • Creepshow

No editor. Just Brad, the dropper of balls.

      • Chance LeBoeuf

Pretty sure Brad doesn’t have an editor.

Check out the new band A Perfect Single!!!

They only have one good song though Lol

and what’s perplexing to me is that this title with the mistake in it will NOT be corrected ever. i used to think that when Mr. D (the misspellings/mistakes only come from him) was called out for a mistake/misspelling that he would go back and at least correct it but nope. they just leave the mistakes.

      • Necro

Yeah I’ve questioned that many times on here. I mean no one is perfect, but in the days of spell check and more importantly good old fashioned proof reading, it’s definitely a recurring theme.

“The Drumpfed” — I like it.

Meanwhile, the new Tool album is 90% done for the next ten years.

    • Chance LeBoeuf

Guess so. But we have some new A Perfect Circle music! Always preferred them over Tool to be honest.
