One of the most prominent publishers at this year’s C2E2 Convention is without a doubt Archaia Publishing. The publisher, who has a massive set up right at the front of the showroom floor, was gracious enough to allow us to sit down with the delightful Chandra Free, writer/illustrator of their hit series “THE GOD MACHINE”. Inside you can see our entire sit down interview with Chandra as she talks about the trials of getting published, brevity in creativity, and how pressing forward and not giving up can sometimes payoff.
“After the death of his girlfriend, Sith, Guy Salvatore can no longer make sense of his own world. He has hallucinations of monsters that besiege him with requests and threaten his life wherever he goes. He is completely unsure if these manifestations are real or are born in his mind.”
EDITOR’S NOTE: Due to sound difficulties beyond our control, the following audio is a bit rough. We apologize.
Thanks again to Chandra for being such a great sport and telling her story to us. For those of you who would like to check out “THE GOD MACHINE” you can purchase the first volume hardcover over at her official website, and you can follow her on Twitter here. Also, be sure to keep it locked here at Graphic Content as we continue to bring you more onsight updates all weekend long straight from the convention in Chicago.
