Dear readers, you would have to be a pack of simpletons if you haven’t realized by now that THEoDEAD and I have a liking for Scott Snyder’s writing, then again, you would also have to be simpletons to wonder why. Nonetheless, my pick of the week is “AMERICAN VAMPIRE: SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST”.
“Vampire hunters Cash McCogan and Felicia Book get shot down over the mountains of Romania and find themselves trapped between Nazi patrols – and vampires.”
The 1940’s is one of my favorite historical periods, so needless to say, that combined with a good story will always result by making me a happy man. I am looking forward to seeing what this next installment of the series holds in store for Felicia Book and Cash McCogan as the seek the cure for vampirism.
Snyder continues his wonderful offshoot of AMERICAN VAMPIRE with Issue #2 of SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST, and it comes out TOMORROW! Go pick it up, you conglomerate of wretches; don’t go spending all of your money on bong hits, or pinball, or whatever kids are into these days and get the damn comic. I demand it.
That is all.
