As we all patiently wait for the long awaited sequel that may or may not ever come, there is some rather slimy news on the Ghostbusters front that might make the wait a little more bearable. Game Hunters got an exclusive first look at an upcoming game in the much loved series. Come spring we’ll be getting a much needed dose of ghostbustin’ action with Ghostbusters: Sanctum of Slime, an arcade adventure game you can play with your friends locally or online.
2009’s Ghostbusters: The Video Game reunited the cast from the films and gave us all a hefty shot of nostalgia that won’t be quite as potent since none of the films’ cast will be returning for this game. Sure that’s a little disappointing, so to make it up to us they’re promising massive boss fights and the chance to drive the Ecto-4WD! Head past the break for a few (incredibly exciting) screens.
So, on a scale of 1 to HOT DAMN, how excited are ya?
