Dark Souls is a spiritual successor to one of 2009’s most surprisingly fantastic games. Gamers seem to either love the game for its unique story and gameplay, innovative multiplayer and gorgeous environments or they hate it for its punishing difficulty and steep learning curve. Usually I’d find myself in the latter category but after dropping over 30 hours into the game I can say I’m incredibly excited for its followup, Dark Souls. Check out the trailer below.
Ok, it might have been a bit of an exaggeration when I said this trailer could change your life but it will make you a better person just for watching it. And that’s almost as good, right? Dark Souls is due out sometime later this year and it’s no longer PS3 exclusive as the game will also be gracing the Xbox 360.
