CNN posted that Northwest Shelter Systems have shelters that range from $200,000 to 20 Million. 20 MILLION. It seems like the business to go into. It can’t cost that much to dig a massive hole in the ground and bury a large building in it. But I’m just a plumber so wtf do I know. Moving on!
