New Shadows of the Damned Concept Art is Sufficiently Creepy

If screenshots are a taste of the real thing than concept art is definitely a taste of what could be. A game could have creepy concept art but when we finally see what it actually looks like it’s bright and happy like a Saturday morning cartoon. Since we’ve seen a hefty amount of screenshots for this game already I think it’s safe to say Shadows of the Damned will look and feel like what we expect from a horror game being overseen by Resident Evil creator Shinji Mikami, Goichi Suda (No More heroes) and scored by Silent Hill composer Akira Yamaoka.

Another fantastic thing about concept art is it introduces us to some of the environments we’ll no doubt be covering in a thick coat of blood and monster giblets when we play it (on June 7th!) Past the jump you’ll find a rather unsanitary meat market and what looks like demon hunter Garcia Hotspur’s bachelor pad, among others.
