Sony Screen Gems Sets Stay At ‘Hotel Transylvania’

Sony Screen Gems likes to plan in advance, which is why they’ve already given Jill Culton’s Hotel Transylvania a September 30, 2011 release. In the story, a sort of “Romeo and Juliet” with monsters, Simon Van Helsing — the youngest in a long line of monster hunters — falls in love with Dracula’s daughter. Upon the discovery that they are enemies, the couple attempt to bring peace between the monsters and humans. The film will be animated, with talks of a possible 3-D release.
