New Director on Board for Eli Roth’s ‘Cotton’

Bloody-Disgusting learned today that Daniel Stamm (A Necessary Death) is on board to direct the Eli Roth (Cabin Fever, Hostel) and Strike Entertainment (Eric Newman and Marc Abraham) produced horror-thriller Cotton, which was penned by Huck Botko and Andrew Gurland. Announced back in November, the horror film in the vein of Cloverfield and Blair Witch Project. The story concerns an evangelical minister who turns against religion and decides to participate in a documentary in which he practices his last exorcism. Shooting begins this May in Louisiana.
