Like the 1941 original that starred Lon Chaney Jr., new pic will be set in Victorian England. Del Toro will play a man who returns from America to his ancestral homeland, gets bitten by a werewolf and begins a hairy moonlight existence.

Morality tale is set in the near future, when artificial organs can be bought on credit, with the understanding that defaulting on payment will result in a fatal repossession.

From writer/director Wes Craven comes a thriller that warns us evil is working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. And if you have any chance of beating it, you’ll have to fight for your life My Soul to Take (aka 25/8). In the sleepy town of Riverton, legend tells of a serial killer who swore he would return to murder the seven children born the night he died. Now, 16 years later, people are disappearing again. Has the psycopath been reincarnated as one of the seven, or did he survive the night he was left for dead?

The Sheridan-helmed psychological thriller is about a family that moves to a small town in Connecticut and learns that a mother and her two young children had been killed in their home. The killings were believed to be at the hands of the husband, who survived and may now be a threat to the new residents.

The plot’s being kept under wraps, but sources said Chris Messina plays the lead role of Bowden, a sobered-up homicide detective.
