Here it is! The first ever image from The Devil’s Rejects, the sequel to Rob Zombie’s House of 1000 Corpses! An exclusive shot of Leslie Easterbrook as the new Mother Firefly is inside awaiting your eyes! “Leslie has really grabbed onto the role and taken it to the next level. Leslie has come into a tough situation. Replacing another actor (Karen Black – read more) is a difficult thing to do, but Leslie has really stepped up and begun to kick some serious ass! The cast and I are thrilled to be working with her“, says Zombie. Not only is there an image inside, but more casting news from the sequel that has already begun filming!

I’ve also been informed: “In other news: filming has officially started. The first segent filmed was a local Ruggville talk show known as THE MORRIS GREEN SHOW. Morris Green is played by none other than mega-horror fan Daniel ( River’s Edge, US Marshalls, Bubba Ho-Tep, Agent Cody Banks) Roebuck and his guest on the show is a so called expert on satanic cult related crimes Dr. Robert Bankhead played by Duane (Pulp Fiction, From Dusk Til Dawn 2: Texas Blood Money, Leatherface: Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3), Whitaker. “These guys were absolutely brilliant together“, says Zombie. Only a segment of The Morris Green Show will be seen in the film, but the entire episode will be available on the DVD.
