Yesterday, along with other sites, we received a stone tablet that’s connected to the May 18 release of Image Entertainment’s Lovely Molly. What we didn’t know was that the tablet itself holds puzzle pieces to unlocking “something”.
On the back of the tablet was a link that clued in another pair of links, lovelymolly.com/descent.htm and http://lovelymolly.com/orobas/index.htm, which feature clickable web versions of the inscriptions that lead to contest entry points and documentary footage on Molly Reynold’s backstory.
We’re told that four of the five puzzles have already been solved and the first person to solve each has been informed they’ll be receiving an undisclosed prize of some kind! It’s been rumored that the filmmakers will start tweeting clues at @LovelyMollyFilm.
Starring Gretchen Lodge as Molly, “When newlywed Molly Reynolds returns to her long-abandoned family home, frightful reminders of a nightmarish childhood begin seeping into her new life. She soon begins an inexorable descent into evil that blurs the lines between psychosis and possession.“
