Image Entertainment has officially announced a February 17 limited theatrical run for Antti Jokinen-directed thriller, The Resident, the latest Hammer Films production starring Hilary Swank, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Christopher Lee, and Lee Pace. A small theatrical run and VOD launch is also planned, still. It will arrive on Blu-ray/DVD on March 29. Inside you’ll find the revised official trailer featured a bit of new imagery. After separating from her husband beautiful young Doctor Juliet (Swank) begins a new life in Brooklyn.
