OMFG of the Day: The Original ‘Texas Chain Saw’ House Becomes a “Family” Restaurant

We’ve got a little Friday fun for you as there’s something pretty special awaiting your next road trip inKingsland, Texas…

The AV Club has highlighted a new restaurant that’s theme is Tobe Hooper’s classic 1974 The Texas Chain Saw Massacre. In their new episode of “Pop Pilgrims” they head to the original Chain Saw house in Kingsland, Texas that has been transformed into a “family restaurant”.

Owner Jeremy Lee explains that he receives the occasional e-mail from people who think the house was the site of actual murders. Watch the video below or click the link above for photos and even more info. Good stuff!
