Fresh Posters: ‘The Woman in Black’ and ‘Underworld: Awakening’ IMAX

To go along with the new domestic poster, Empire premiered the above UK quad for The Woman in Black, which opens February 3 from CBS Films. Directed by James Watkins, “The story follows a young lawyer, Arthur Kipps (Radcliffe), who is ordered to travel to a remote village and sort out a recently deceased client’s papers. As he works alone in the client’s isolated house, Kipps begins to uncover tragic secrets, his unease growing when he glimpses a mysterious woman dressed only in black. Receiving only silence from the locals, Kipps is forced to uncover the true identity of the Woman in Black on his own, leading to a desperate race against time when he discovers her true intent.

In addition, inside you’ll find the IMAX one-sheet for Underworld: Awakening 3D that displays Kate Beckinsale’s head and piercing blue eyes. In theaters January 20, “Beckinsale, star of the first two films, returns in her lead role as the vampire warrioress Selene, who escapes imprisonment to find herself in a world where humans have discovered the existence of both Vampire and Lycan clans, and are conducting an all-out war to eradicate both immortal species.
