Behind The Scenes Interviews And Clips From ‘Piranha 3DD’

The John Gulager-directed sequel Piranha 3DD arrives on VOD and in limited theaters June 1 from Dimension Films. Today, Maxim has an EPK style video on the film with some clips from the movie and some anecdotes about dead cows farting from John Gulager along with a few glimpses of the carnage that takes place in the film’s 3rd act. It’s worth a look.

There’s something in the water… again. And this time no one is safe from the flesh eating fish as they sink their razor sharp teeth into the visitors of the best summer attraction, The Big Wet Water Park.” It promises twice the terror and double the D’s.

Reteaming Gulager with Feast writers Marcus Dunstan and Patrick Melton, the bloody sequel is jam-packed with stars including Danielle Panabaker, Matt Bush, Chris Zylka, David Koechner, Meagan Tandy, Paul James Jordan, Jean-Luc Bilodeau, Hector Jimenez, Adrian Martinez, Clu Gulager, Gary Busey, Katrina Bowden, Christopher Lloyd, Ving Rhames, Paul Scheer and even David Hasselhoff.

Head inside for the clip.

it’s funny how Hasselhoff says this is the most bloody/gory movie ever and yet just about every comment i’ve read about the gore in this movie says it’s not a very gory movie at all and certainly not anywhere near as gory as the first movie. i’m still looking forward to seeing it on VOD though.

It’s funny, I saw that there was a comment in here and thought, “oh it’s probably djblack”.

LOL! Evan you know me TOO well by now! LOL. Evan is it just me or are the comments on most articles practically non-existent since you guys changed the site’s look? i don’t mean that in mean spirited/snarky way, it just seems like most article (pre-site change) would have several people (or a LOT depending on the news/article) commenting but now there’s not a lot and most articles have no comments. what gives?

I’m still hoping to see this in theaters. Hope it gets a fairly wide release. Also, there is very little comments now. I think part of it is from those like me who could no longer use my old profile plus it’s sorta a pain to have to sign in each time. I wish it would just keep me logged in.

Jhanse, i agree. it really IS annoying to have to sign in every time. also if in the middle of typing a comment you go to another tab/site and then return to what you were typing, what you typed disappears (i recently figured out that right clicking then clicking “undo” makes what you typed reappear).
