IDW has teamed with Chad Minshew and Scott Sigler for an adaptation of the New York Times best-selling horror trilogy, Infected. It’s a take off from the traditional zombie stories and lends itself to a 28 Day Later style of horror. “Infected” sees America taken over by a mysterious disease that turns all those who carry it into crazed lunatics who destroy themselves and everyone around them. If you haven’t picked up the novels, I highly recommend that you do, this is some of the most chilling fiction of the decade. Today the comic adaptation begins, and you can check it out below.
